A new senior management team was appointed at Turnall in 2014, tasked with delivering the company’s vision of becoming the dominant manufacturer and distributor of construction materials for the African continent.

Roseline joined Turnall in September 2007 as Marketing Services Manager from Telecel Zimbabwe where she was Public Relations Executive. She has held senior positions at Turnall, as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Northern Region, with her previous position being that of Head of Sales and Marketing. Currently she is the Acting Managing Director. She did her graduate learnership at Turnall prior to that and was subsequently appointed Marketing & Public Relations Officer before she left to join Telecel in 2004. She holds an MBA and an Honours Degree in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe, a Marketing Diploma with IMM and a Public Relations Diploma with ZIPR.
Roseline is Board Member of UPC New Life Church and she chairs the Administration portfolio. She is an active member of the Miracle Missions Police and Prisoners Networking Group that focus on rehabilitation of ex-prisoners among other issues. She is a Non Executive Director of ZENT one of ZESA Holdings business units and she seats on the Marketing and Audit Committee of the same Board. She is an active member of Marketers Association of Zimbabwe and has been accredited the Marketing Practitioner Status, currently she is studying for the Chartered Marketer Program.
Roseline is married and she enjoys research, outdoor activities, health and fitness activities ,site seeing, travelling and Christian voluntary programmes.
Godfrey has in-depth knowledge of the Fibre Cement Process Technology which spans more than 26 years as well as extensive knowledge of the three integrated management systems implemented at Turnall. Prior to the present appointment, Godfrey was responsible for managing operations at both Harare and Bulawayo plants.
Tendayi has over 17 years experience in Human Resources which includes stints in Canada and Australia both in the private and public sectors. She holds a Psychology (Honours) Degree, a Personnel Management Diploma and a Management Development Certificate. She attained the Certified Human Resources Professional designation under the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations. Tendayi is currently doing her Masters in Business Administration with the University of Gloucestershire. She joined Turnall as a Human Resources Manager in December 2013 and was appointed Human Resources Executive effective September 2014.
The responsibilities of the Board are primarily to formulate strategy, guide policy implementation and support good corporate governance within Turnall. Board members possess skills including finance, legal, labour, engineering, health and economics. The Board currently comprises (eight) Non-Executive and three Executive Directors and is Chaired by Rita Likukuma.
Independent Non-Executive Chairperson Rita Likukuma BSc Econ (UZ), MBA (UK). She was appointed Non-Executive Director of Turnall Holdings Limited in 2009. She is also a Non-Executive Director of several companies.
Innocent, a Zimbabwean citizen, was educated at Springvale House and Peterhouse. His company, AfriAxis Limited, is a St Kitts & Nevis based, Africa-focused investment firm that structures cross-border transactions, provides emerging African champions with access to global credit and equity capital markets, and owns an online fin-tech investor platform. The firm has a particular focus on helping African companies achieve global competitiveness through management and capital re-engineering. Innocent has extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets & global investment banking – prior to founding AfriAxis in 2010, Innocent worked within Macquarie Capital, the Investment Banking Division of Macquarie Bank, executing more than US$2 billion in aggregate value of big-ticket cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions. Innocent is also a Director of AfriAxis Financial South Africa, the Africa partner to the New York Institute of Finance, a Financial Times company that provides certified management and financial markets education.
Munya was born in Zimbabwe and attended school at St John’s College and St George’s College in Harare. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa having qualified in 2005. Munya has been a director of top tier South African law firms Webber Wentzel and Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr practicing in the litigation and dispute resolution department and focusing on company law and commercial dispute resolution. He has over 10 years experience in practice and is a DiSAC (SA) and CEDR (UK) accredited mediator. Munya is listed on the Tokiso panel of preferred commercial mediators and has vast experience in mediating commercial disputes. He also serves on the panel of mediators for the South African courts annexed mediation where he was appointed by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development in 2014. Munya was part of a team of legal advisors to the African Union; NEPAD and the Government of Equatorial Guinea when the African Observatory of Science and Technology (AOSTI) was established in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea in 2011. He currently runs a consultancy company that advises on company law and alternative dispute resolution.
Noel is a British citizen, a retired Member of the London Stock Exchange and an Associate of the CFA Society of the UK. He has a wide range of financial and management experience particularly in the building materials, leisure, food retail and aviation sectors. His company, Le Huret Group, owns a broad portfolio of investments in the UK and sub-Saharan Africa; focused primarily on Malawi, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe. He has managed a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange portfolio for more than 30 years and in addition to now being Turnall’s second largest shareholder, owning 15% of the equity, his company has significant investments in Fidelity Life Assurance and Nicoz Diamond Insurance. He says his company is primarily a long-term investor, following closely the model of legendary US investor Warren Buffett, particularly preferring to invest in companies with good brands in basic industries and financial services. He is a Non-Executive Director and major shareholder of Malawi listed company Sunbird Hotels, and resides off the North West coast of Africa on the Island of Madeira.
Mr. Manfred T. Mahari has served as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Mashonaland Holdings Ltd since July 1, 2008. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Goal Directed Project Management from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also Member of the Company’s Audit, Remuneration, Insurance and Investment Committees. He is a Registered Estate Agent and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
She is a holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked in various hospitals abroad. She currently is working for a charity organization and managing a farm

Bothwell Nyajeka is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
He is currently employed at TA Holdings as the Group Chief Finance Officer. He has extensive financial management and company secretarial experience in the private sector. Before joining the TA Group, Bothwell also worked for the Anglo American Corporation Group in Zimbabwe.
