A business excellence Policy is in place where the organization commits itself to ensure that it takes responsibility to ensure that workers are Safe, Healthy and productive at work by minimizing the risk of incidents, injury and exposure to health hazards including all its stakeholders who include among others, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and customers. The company ensures that all its operations are guided by proper Environment Management Systems in line with global environmental management requirements for sustainable development.Turnall operating requirements define policies, standards, procedures, legal and other requirements for managing safety and environmental sustainability throughout all its operations.

In so doing the organization has developed three Organization for International Standards (ISO) management systems, ISO 9008:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007 accredited by South Africa Bureau of Standards (SABS). These management systems provide a framework for an effective Safety Health and Environmental management requirements which are internationally recognized.All Occupational hazards and risks as well as environmental aspects and impacts associated with the organizational operations have been identified where corrective and preventive measures have been put in place to comply with the ISO standards. Legal and other requirements associated with the company operational procedures have also been identified to comply with local and international statutes.
