The Board wishes to advise shareholders that Ms R Chisveto’s contract came to an end on 31 August 2020 and the Board thanks her for her service.

We extend a warm welcome to Mr Samson Mavende who has been appointed Acting Managing Director, effective 1 September 2020. Samson, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the Company for 3 years as Finance Director. He has prior experience at Senior Executive level, gained from his service in several reputable companies in the manufacturing sector.

Directorate anticipates continued positive business momentum under his stewardship.
